Class 3 Stoneage Day 2017

I have posted these pictures of the day.  The Children really enjoyed themselves and learned a lot more about how early stoneage dwellers lived.

Class Three's Stoneage Day was a wonderful opportunity for all the children to experience life in prehistoric times.  The children spent all day outside learning how to start a fire, make a flint arrow head and construct a shelter using willow branches, leaves and moss.  Under the expert guidance of Adam and Jez, we discovered what Mesolithic man would eat and how to forage for edible leaves and roots.

We had a wonderful weather and it was a fantastic day all round!
