Our School Day

School session times 2021-2022

 

Pupils in Reception to Year 6:

School day begins at 8:55am

 At 8:45am the school gates will open access to the playground.

All Pupils should enter the playground WITH their parents who must remain with them until the bell rings at 8:55am.

At 8:55am all pupils will line up and get ready to enter school, parents can then leave through the pedestrian gate.

 

School day finshes:

At 3:20pm the school day will finish for EYFS and KS1 pupils.

Parents of EYFS pupils must walk around to Reception class doors to meet the pupils.

Parents of KS1 pupils need to wait in the playground and the class teacher will bring the class to the playground and see each child to their parent/carer.

At 3:30pm the school day will finish for KS2 pupils. 

Parents of KS2 pupils need to wait in the playground and the class teacher will bring the class to the playground and see each child to their parent/carer.

 

 

Nursery Sessions:

Morning session begins at 8:55am and finishes at 11:55am

In a morning, Nursery pupils should enter the playground WITH their parents/carers who must remain with them until the bell rings at 8:55am when they will line up and get ready to enter school.

At 11:55am parents/carers need to press the gate buzzer and once opened walk around to the EYFS Unit door where they can collect their child. You must then exit by the playground gate.

 

Afternoon sessions begin at 12:20pm and finishes at 3:20pm

Parents/Carers must bring the pupils to the playground gate for 11:55am, where a member of the EYFS team will meet the pupils and take them to the EYFS unit.

At 3:20pm Nursery parents/carers must walk around to the EYFS Nursery door to collect the pupils

 

 

Use of the Fitness Trail and Trim Trail:

Parent/Carers MUST make sure pupils and their siblings do NOT play on the equipment before or after school - thank you.

 

Dogs are not allowed to enter onto any of the school grounds - this includes the driveway.
