Following the information letter sent out today.

Please could you send an email to the school office by Thursday if your child/children will be dropped off or collected by a wrap around provider. The information we will need is:
Full name of child or children, their class and teacher for September; 
Which provider and which days;
If it is a childminder - the childminders name please so we can see if they will be caring for more than one family.

If a family member is bringing them we would still be able to use the surname arrangement.

In our planning for the staggered starts and finishes we need to make sure our arrangements help as many families as possible, understanding everyone has different arrangements in place and we have the task of fitting that into the guidance. Please only email if you fit into one of the categories above.
