End of our First Day8 September 2020 (by clare.moulding) |
Good afternoon,
After a very successful first day of the new school year I would like to thank our wonderful pupils for their excellent behaviour, their super smiles and the joy they have brought to the whole staff.
It is important that we keep reviewing the measures we have in place for safety, and so I would like to remind everyone that at the end of the day the KS2 (Classes 3,4,5,6) pupils will exit through the double driveway gates and the KS1 (Classes 1,1-2,2) and EYFS pupils from the single pedestrian gate.
To ensure we keep our pupils safe, please could parents waiting on the opposite side of the road for KS2 children, come across to collect them as their child reaches the driveway gate. We CANNOT allow them to run across such a busy road to you at the other side. I would hate for any of our pupils to have an accident as they leave school.
Please make sure you keep up the social distancing as you wait for your child to leave school so that we keep everyone safe.
Thank you for your support and co-operation Mrs C Moulding (Headteacher)
