Following on from Friday's letter, a couple of families have had an issue with changing their child's Microsoft 365 log in password to the one school requested it be changed to. It is saying the password has been used too many times. I am currently trying to resolve this issue, and our IT technician is in tomorrow so I will be discussing this with him.
Please could any families who have had this issue please set the password to any password of their choice. You must then send a dojo to their class teacher informing them that you have had an issue, and what the new password is so that school have knowledge of this. Once our IT technician has looked into the problem, we MAY be able to set it back to the school requested password, but we will inform you of this via class dojo if this happens.
