School closed Thursday 14th January - snow14 January 2021 (by clare.moulding) |
Good morning all,
I am very sorry to have to announce that for health and safety reasons we are closing school today for ALL pupils and staff. All learning will be remote and using TEAMs. The weather forecast is for continued heavy snow until 5pm, the school grounds and entrances are not safe already, the roads and journeys to school are already treacherous and we have a significant shortage of staff as many are stuck on their journeys having to abandon their car.
I will send a further update later this afternoon with regard to tomorrow.
Please keep safe and hopefully we will be open as usual tomorrow. We have informed Kirklees.
Kind Regards
Mrs Clare Moulding
