First Holy Communion Preparation booklet and bag27 April 2021 (by clare.moulding) |
Good morning,
We began the First Holy Communion preparation sessions once again in school yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, there were many pupils who had not brought their bag and book needed for the sessions, which were provided by school at the start of the journey of preparation. Please could I ask that the preparation bag and book is sent into school this week so that we know that it is there ready for the next session. The pupils were asked this yesterday and hopefully will have brought it today.
A few pupils said that over the course of the last year the bag and book has been lost. If that is the case there is an option on parent pay for Year 5 only to buy a replacement bag and book for a cost of £5 so that they can continue with the preparation. We have ordered some more form the Diocese of Leeds and will be collecting them this week. Could I please ask, that if you no longer have the resources that school gave to you when your child started the journey of preparation, you arrange for a replacement set in time for the next session which is on a Monday afternoon.
Thank you for your anticipated support.
With kind regards
Mrs Clare Moulding
