Could I please remind all families of the acceptable use of the school's educational platform - Microsoft TEAMs. ONLY school staff can set up TEAMs meetings on the school platform and not families or pupils trying to keep in touch with each other. I understand the reasons for this, however for safeguarding reasons I am afraid it is not allowed on our school platform. If pupils are isolating they can only use the TEAMs for their learning - joining learning meetings set up by their teachers and accessing their learning tasks. It has been brought to my attention that some pupils are trying to set up private meetings - this is not allowed I am afraid. If parents can please ensure they are aware of what their children are doing and ensure they do not try to do this from today. They would need to use other means such as a personal zoom account, what's app video call or facetime for personal video conferencing meetings or gatherings.
