Year 6 football team17 September 2021 (by clare.moulding) |
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR YEAR 6 FOOTBALL TEAM who have just represented St Patrick's in a tournament. We are so proud to share with our school family that they showed great sportsmanship throughout and performed superbly - winning all their games and being awarded the overall winners.
A huge thank you to Mrs Cheetham for organising the team (and what a team you were!) and to our Sports Coach Becky who prepared them so well and was a great asset on the side-lines encouraging, giving them confidence and coaching when needed - giving of her own time to be there for the team which is very much appreciated. Thank You!
We very much look forward to listening to the tournament report next week and awarding certificates to our very successful team.
WELL DONE to all eight players who were amazing and showed great team spirit and skill.
