EYFS Trip to the Tropical Butterfly House, Sheffield (Thursday 14th July)13 July 2022 (by Nicola Blanchfield (nicola.blanchfield2)) |
We are all very excited for our Early Years trip to the Tropical Butterfly House tomorrow (Thursday 14th July).
Please can all children (afternoon nursery included) arrive at school for 8.55am and line up, as usual, at the far side of the playground when the bell is rang.
The coach will leave shortly after 9.15am and return in time for you to pick your child up at the usual school finish time of 3.20pm, from the Early Years Unit.
The local weather forecast for tomorrow is looking good, with sunny intervals, a moderate breeze, a high of 21 degrees and no rain is forecast! Please can you ensure children comes with sun cream already applied, a sun hat, a water bottle and a clearly named backpack. Your child will be carrying all their items for the duration of the visit, therefore please do not overload their backpacks. If you are providing a packed lunch from home, we request that this is brought in a separate carrier bag, so that everything can be thrown away after lunch.
Reception pupils should wear their School PE uniform (joggers/leggings/shorts, comfortable trainers, their school polo shirt and jumper).
Please note that Nursery will be closed on Friday 15th July to allow for transition visits.
