St Patrick's Catholic Primary Academy

Good morning,

On Wednesday this week the school nursing team will be in school administering the nasal flu vaccinations. I know that parents have received email communications regarding giving permission for your child to receive the protection. We do have quite a number of pupils who do not have the needed permissions so another email has been sent out this morning. The email contains a link to press and a code that you use to give online permission.

The team will only be in school for the one day and with the numbers of cases of flu rising it is a great opportunity to give protection so that they do not become very ill. Please could I ask you to ensure the permissions are given as soon as possible as without these they will not be able to have the medication - my understanding is that verbal permission cannot be given on the day.

Kind regards
