Changes to collection time due to the snow9 March 2023 (by clare.moulding) |
Good afternoon,
As a result of the snow that is now falling, and heavier snow forecast for this afternoon, could I please request that pupils in EYFS, Class 1, 1-2, 2, 3, 4 and 6 are collected between 2 and 2:30pm this afternoon. For class 2 only please come to the main office all other classes please go to the class door to collect the pupils.
If you have a child in Class 5 they are still going swimming (we have not been informed it is cancelled) and so they are to be collected at 2:45pm when they arrive back at school.
If you have a child in Year 5 you can of course collect them and their sibling together.
I have given a 30 minute window for the majority of classes to try and ease any congestion on the roads around school - but please do stay safe.
There will be no after school club as all pupils will have left by 2:45pm
With kind regards
