SUPERHERO SCIENCE WEEK NEXT WEEK:5 June 2023 (by Amanda Scholes (amanda.scholes)) |
SUPERHERO SCIENCE WEEK NEXT WEEK:
A polite reminder that next week (w/c 12th June) is Superhero Science Week in school. All children from Nursery-Y6 will participate in scientific investigations linked to a superhero, these will be shared in a celebration assembly on Friday 16th and we will be crowing a Superhero Scientist Award for each year group - lots of amazing super scientist prizes to be won!
On Wednesday 14th all children will visit the Science Wonder Dome which will be based in the school hall and we will be having a superhero picnic lunch (school dinners will be served as normal). All children are invited to come to school in Superhero fancy dress/t-shirt on this day but this is not compulsory (apologies I made a mistake on the original letter - fancy dress is Wednesday 14th)
Please can all parents make their £2 contribution for each child towards the event via ParentPay by Thursday 8th June at the latest - thank you for your support with this.
I am really looking forward to all our Superhero Science Week events.
Kind regards
Mrs Fiona Abbott
