St Patrick's Catholic Primary Academy

Good afternoon,

I am sorry to inform any parents of children who are signed onto our Year 5 and Year 6 STEM Afterschool Club. The children were due to have their first session today afterschool. Unfortunately, I have been informed by the company who are delivering the workshop that their lead teacher has had a family emergency this morning and at this time, they are unable to provide us with someone else for this afternoon. I know that this is disappointing and I have spoken to the company over the phone during lunchtime.

The STEM afterschool club sessions will now begin next week on Monday 23rd September and will run for 10 weeks, with the last session being Monday 9th December.

I apologise for this late notice. Please can the parents of any child who was due to attend the STEM afterschool club today, collect the children at the normal end of school time at 3:30pm.

Thank you for your understanding,

Kind regards,

Miss Gott
