Good morning,
I will be running a parent workshop on the My Happy Mind programme that we run in school on Thursday 5th December at 9am-9.45am. I will be explaining how the programme works, how this can be used at home and some of our children will be there to explain and share their knowledge on how the brain works, along with explaining how they use self-regulation techniques and strategies.
