Pantomime Trip - Thursday 19th December - Update to return to school timings13 December 2024 (by Emily Gott (emily.gott)) |
Good morning,
FAO Parents and Carers in Year 1 - Year 6
On Thursday 19th December, we are looking forward to taking the children from Year 1 - Year 6 to Bradford Alhambra theatre to watch the pantomime Pinocchio. We will plan to leave school at 12:45pm after lunch, travel by coach together and arrive in time for a 2pm matinée performance. We have made contact with Bradford Alhambra theatre who have confirmed the finish time. The performance is expected to finish about 4:05pm and we hope to arrive back at school by around 4:45pm depending on traffic.
I will send a message over the Jotter app to parents to communicate that we are on the coaches and our anticipated time of arrival back to school depending on the traffic on the day. When parking, please can parents be mindful that we have 4 coaches that will need space to drive and park outside of school.
Upon our return to school, the children will be brought back to their classrooms and dismissed from our fire door exits.
Thank you in advance for your support and patience in ensuring we have a festive, fun and safe trip to the pantomime.
Kind regards,
Miss Gott
