St Patrick's Catholic Primary Academy

Dear Parents and Carers,

As we are coming to the end of this school term, I am asking you to please re-double your efforts in road safety issues in the immediate vicinity of the school.

With the benefit of the lighter mornings and evenings, it is to be hoped that you have time to plan your journey to possibly consider parking slightly further away and walking into the school grounds.

As St Patrick’s is part of the local community and we wish to be good neighbours to our residents, I urge you to maintain your vigilance in parking safely and not causing obstructions to other parents or residents. This morning we had at least 3 cars parked on the yellow zig zag lines outside of school. This makes it increasingly dangerous for families to cross the road and enter the school grounds.

Thank you for your continued understanding and support.

Miss Gott
