Good morning,
We are so sorry to have to let you know that we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the summer fair this Saturday.
We have not sold enough tickets to ensure that the day will be a success for us as a PFA or for the stall holders from the local businesses that would be joining us on the day.
However, so that the children do not miss out and because we have received some generous donations, we will be holding a smaller event straight after school on Friday afternoon. We will still have some small games, tombola, the raffle and the children will hopefully still have lots of fun. We will run this event until 5pm so any children who have after school clubs can also be involved. As always this is a cash only event so encourage you to bring small change.
If you have bought a ticket for the summer fair, we will reimburse you for this. Bring your ticket along on Friday to get your cash back or exchange it for some raffle tickets.
Thank you again if you have offered to volunteer on Saturday. If you are able to help on Friday then please let the PFA know either on the playground or by sending an email to: pfa@stpatricksbirstall.co.uk.
If you still have donations you would like to give for the tombola or water or wine stall, we would still be very grateful for these. Any donations can be brought to the school office by Thursday please.
