St Patrick's Catholic Primary Academy

Good afternoon

Thank you to all the parents and grandparents who joined us for EYFS Sports Day this morning - it was a fantastic morning!

Tomorrow is KS1 (9:30am) and KS2 Sports Day (1:30pm) on the school field.  All parents are welcome to make their way around to the field from 9am for KS1 Sports Day and the gate will open at 1:15pm for KS2 Sports Day.

Both Sports Days will begin with an opening ceremony.

Please can all children bring a sun hat, a bottle of water and apply sun cream before the school day begins.

Parents:

Please can we politely ask that you do not cross the barriers to be with your child.  Clear barriers are around the 11 events highlighted with tape, benches and cones.  In order to safeguard all the children it is imperative that all spectators stay behind the barriers at all times.  We thank you in advance for your support with this.

The barriers are around the majority of the field area but there is no access to the javelin on the right hand side of the field.

Raffle tickets will be on sale for our 'Sports Day Raffle' which will be raising funds for PE Equipment - huge thank you in advance for purchasing tickets!  The winning ticket will be drawn after the KS2 Sports Day has finished.

I look forward to seeing you all there!
