Good morning, 

We are delighted to welcome all our children, families, and staff back to school for the new academic year. A special welcome goes to our new pupils and families who are joining our school community for the first time. The year ahead is full of opportunities for learning, growth, and fun, and we look forward to working together to make it a successful and happy year for everyone.

On Thursday 11th September, we will be celebrating our start of year Mass at St Patrick’s Church at 9:45am. Children in Years 1–6 will walk to church together, leaving school at around 9:15am after registration. Parents, carers and family members are warmly invited to join us for Mass at church. If you are able to help with walking to and/ or from church, we would be very grateful and we ask that you please let your child’s class teacher know via Class Dojo.

Furthermore, on Monday 15^th September, all parents and carers are invited into our classrooms afterschool. This will be an opportunity to meet your child’s class teacher, learn more about their curriculum and typical day, and an opportunity to visit your child’s learning environment. The timings for the sessions will be 3:40pm – 4:10pm, and 4:15pm – 4:45pm. There are two sessions in order to help support families who have more than one child at our school and would like to attend a further session. We look forward to working with our families across this year and hope that you will be able to join us afterschool.
