HELP needed for the PFA Summer Fair event!18 June 2026 (by clare.moulding) |
Good afternoon,
We are looking forward to the PFA Summer Fair at the end of the school day tomorrow, however we are very short on parent/carer help! As it is the Sports Day for KS2 in the afternoon, all the members of the PFA who have kindly organised this lovely community event would like to watch thier children in the sports day. Please could we kindly ask if any EYFS or KS1 parents would be able to help with setting the fair up in the afternoon and/or supporting with a stall?
These events are wonderful for the whole school community - but in order for them to be successful the PFA needs your support! You are all members of the PFA when your children join our school and you also become part of our school community. The PFA Summer Fair is great opportunity to provide a fun afternoon for the pupils and raise some funds for the school, which ultimately will benefit all classes and pupils.
Thank you to the PFA and all those who have given their time to support at events across the year.
Thank you for your anticipated support.
Kind regards
Mrs Clare Moulding
